  • Utilizing a text rider with a QR code on all signage

A text rider using instant text information for smart phones users sends details back to the phone user complete with photos.  This allows us to track who and when the information was requested for better buyer follow up.  The system sends us an immediate notice when a potential buyer texts or scans the QR code for information.


  •  Publishing a “HOME BOOK”  specific to your home

A “Home Book” is a publication created that contains details on a property.  Real estate licensees and buyers like to see this while looking because it answers questions on the home while they are there at the home.  We see fewer than 40% of homes we show containing a publication such as this.  We include the following data when available in our “Home Books:”  State of Alaska Disclosures, survey, subdivision covenants, plat, utility information, well and septic data, school information and a listing report.

Placards are detail cards used to help visually educate buyers and real estate licensees as they go through your home.  Typically there are many value added features in homes that go unnoticed even if they get mentioned in the listing detail.  The placard will help highlight these features so they don’t get overlooked during your showing, which might help with the buyer’s deciding factor to write an offer.



  • Creating a VIRTUAL TOUR
